Why become a Club Coach?
Club Coaches are a vital resource to support clubs with 12 members or less through collaboration with club officers, sharing ideas and experience, creating action plans for attracting new members while building a strong rapport with club members.
Coaching a club gives valuable lessons in leadership and team building skills by helping club members develop and grow as individuals and as a team. There are many benefits and personal rewards for the coach and the club through the priceless investment of time.
Club Coaches earn District Leadership Credit until June 30, 2022.
