About TLI Training: 

Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) is a twice-yearly, premier educational opportunity for Toastmasters’ club officers, as well as the membership at large. This virtual event features training sessions to help officers be effective in carrying out their specific roles. It is a club officer’s duty to attend Summer and Winter TLI.
